About Our Pay
Angie My Cleaner employees are paid on the 5th (for the 16th through the end of the prior month) and the 20th (for the 1st through the 15th of the current month) of each month via autopay to your specified bank account/s. If a payday falls on a holiday your check should be deposited as normal but may be delayed until the following regular business day.
Pay Rate and Rockstar Bonus Progression We value growth and recognize our cleaners for their dedication and performance through a structured pay increase system. Our pay rates start at a base of $17.50 per hour, with a “Rockstar Bonus” of 10% applied each payroll period for eligible team members*. This means that new cleaners begin earning $19.25 per hour, with the bonus included.
Scheduled Increases and Pay Cap Every six months, cleaners receive a 3% base pay increase. This increase applies to both base pay and the rockstar pay rate, ensuring that your pay grows with your commitment to the team. However, there is a cap on pay rates to maintain a balanced structure. Pay rates will reach a maximum around $20.90 per hour for base pay and approximately $22.99 per hour with the rockstar bonus after three years (36 months) of continuous service. Please note: If you start at a higher rate due to extensive experience in the field, your pay cap is the same, you just may reach it sooner.
One Time/Initial Deep Clean Pay Adjustment In addition to our regular pay structure, we also provide an opportunity for an initial deep clean and one-time clean pay adjustment. This adjustment is an additional $5/hr worked on initial deep cleans for new clients and the occasional one-time clean we take on for less frequent clients.

*Rockstar Pay We offer a performance-based Rockstar Bonus of 10% over your base pay for each pay period. This bonus is a recognition of consistently meeting the core requirements of the job. To qualify for the Rockstar Bonus, employees must meet the following standards:
- Punctuality: Show up to all scheduled appointments on time, or communicate promptly and appropriately if unable to arrive on time.
- Timing: Complete each job within a 15-minute window (earlier or later) of the scheduled time and notify the office OR if leaving outside this window, providing an explanation via communicating directly with the office.
- Quality/Performance: Receive no valid negative feedback from clients, team members, or during quality checks (this does not include minor feedback or requests from clients, and we investigate negative reviews thoroughly).
- Attendance Policy Compliance: Adhere to the company attendance policy.
