"How do I find out what cleaning will cost?"

We do a quick in-person walk-through (about 45 minutes) to see your space and learn what you need. After that, we give you a flat monthly rate. No surprises, no awkward pitch. It is simply a chance to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Every home is different: layout, finishes, lifestyle. An in-person walk-through makes sure your quote fits your space. It helps us avoid overcharging or underbidding and cutting corners. Online quotes might be faster, but they often miss the details that matter. This way, you meet a member of our team, we learn your priorities, and you get a clear plan with no surprises.

We total the cost of your annual cleanings and split it into 12 equal monthly payments. The price is the same each month, billed automatically, so you never have to think about it. If you ever need to stop, our small office team will take care of it quickly and personally.

Yep, unfortunately, Minnesota requires sales tax on residential cleaning services. The rate depends on where you live (city and county), and it gets automatically added to your invoice.

We don’t keep a penny of it. It goes straight to the state.

Yes! If you prepay for your cleaning in advance, you can save:

  • 6 months = 6% off

  • 12 months = 12% off

If you cancel early, we’ll bill past cleanings at the regular rate and refund the rest. It’s a no-pressure way to save if you’re in for the long haul.

We focus on recurring service for clients who want consistent care. That said, we occasionally offer one-time cleans if we have availability. Feel free to ask, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

No. We only take full-home or majority-home cleanings so our team can follow a consistent system and maintain quality.

We do our best to keep your cleaning team consistent because we know how important it is to build trust and familiarity. One of the advantages of working with a company instead of an individual is that you’re never left scrambling if a cleaner moves, takes time off, or has a scheduling conflict. We handle the behind-the-scenes scheduling so that someone reliable, trained, insured, and vetted is always there. If you prefer to have the same cleaner every time, just let us know at your quote appointment. We’ll record that preference in our system and do everything we can to make it happen.

No. Many clients provide an entry code, hide a key, or leave instructions. If you are home, we work with minimal disruption.

Absolutely. We just ask for at least two weeks’ notice before your next billing cycle so we can plan accordingly. Want to pause or cancel? Just send us a quick message! No stress.
